shoes also.) I have had my pair for 6 years and have had many adjustments with no
questions asked. The Orthotic help adjust for bad feet, backs, etc. that affect the
way your body feels when walking, dancing, etc. Many pros claim they can do more
continuous spins and have better stability on their feet and less pain after dancing (in
many areas; feet, back, hip, etc.) due to wearing these Orthotics in their shoes.

Cosmetics - Great eye pencils for men & women!
I was recently
given an eyeliner pencil to review and the company is offering my ballroom friends

For my friends who compete in dance competitions, these pencils will
come in handy, due to the unusual colors that can be matched to your costumes.

Medical/Clinical Massage and
the advantages for dancers, including this one!
Marilyn
Rotko, is a dancer and she sure understands the injuries we go through as dancers, in
addition to those we incur while in auto accidents or while working. She's been a
practicing therapist since 1985. She received her first certification for massage therapy
in 1991, as she went into full time private practice. In 2002 she passed a rigorous
Board Certification Exam in Medical Massage to become only the 43rd person in the country
to achieve that level of training and expertise. Since then she has dedicated herself to
the treatment of trauma and injury as well as to the training of other graduate therapists
in the evaluation and treatment of trauma and injury so that they are prepared to work
with physicians and various healthcare providers.
Marilyn has a busy private practice. She teaches A & P, Kinesiology, Orthopedic
Assessment Techniques and Manual Therapy Protocols for soft tissue injuries all over the
country! Ok, so you ask, what is medical massage? There are several different
types of massage all with their therapeutic benefits. Spa, Relaxation and Swedish massage
are only a few known examples. Wellness massage adds therapeutic protocols, but only
works within the client's subjective report and is always private pay.
Medical or Clinical Massage is specialized, outcome based Orthopedic Massage. It is used
for the treatment of soft tissue dysfunction and injury such as hypo or hypertension,
sprain/strain, limited range of motion, etc.
Marilyn's training makes this style of massage perfect for athletes including dancers,
