addition to Ballroom and Spanish dancing, I have competed in Native American Powwows,
which are like ballroom competitions, locally and nationally. I continue to pass this
dance tradition to young Native Americans by working with local Indian centers. I also
hope to educate non Native American young people about Native American song, dance and
culture by working via inner city school cultural programs through Omni Arts and Young
Audiences. I was the resident house dancer for 15 years at the now gone, Case de Espana in
Detroit. My guitarist, Garialan Blugraye and myself perform (Flamenco) as a team
called "Fire Rose", and are available for parties or special events. I am
also available to teach private and group lessons in either Ballroom, Spanish or Coaching.
Currently teaching Spanish/Flamenco through the Adult education programs at Macomb
Community College Continuing Education and Utica Community Schools, these classes are
offered in the Fall. Currently I am teaching from a location in Sterling
